Delivery Terms

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. It varies according to the distance of the delivery address to the customer address and the density of the cargo company.

Our delivery method differs according to the category of the products. Products other than small household appliances are sent to the nearest authorized Vestel service to your location. The authorized service makes an appointment with you for assembly and transportation and assembles the product(s).

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

All of the products you have chosen will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies or vestel authorized services.

The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.

If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him.
